Frequently Asked Questions

Pricing varies. We give estimates based on design and on the tasks required for your project. We will need more information about what you have and what we need before we can do that. Contact us, and we will reply with an estimate of the time required.

For purchase of designs and/or printing from DesignedByRy

• Costs: Prices are subject to change depending on labor, time, and detail. 
• Taxes: Client is responsible for any applicable sales or use taxes, even if they are calculated after the fact (for example, during a subsequent audit of the designer’s tax returns)
• Payments: Full payment is due within a certain number of days, counting from the day that the invoice was paid in full.
• Late Fees are applicable.
• Rights: Please know that designs are not yours with purchase, any and all designs will be reused for advertisement purposes by DesignedByRy. With the exception of excluding confidential information from designs.
• Changes/Revisions: Any changes that are not made in the initial request are subject to an additional revision fee based on an hourly rate or amount of revisions. A change of order form might be required, the same terms & conditions will apply
• Timing:  If a client causes a lengthy delay it will result in a day for-day extension of the project’s final deadline. Delay penalty or a restart fee may be added.
• Testing and acceptance: All work that is delivered to a client should be considered accepted unless notified to the contrary within 1-2 days.
• Cure: If notified that the work is not acceptable by buyer, I have the opportunity to effect a cure, repair, correct or re-design any work that does not conform to the project specifications in order to make it acceptable to buyer.
